In the GRASS toolbox you should find r.to.vect.point as well as
r.to.vect.line and r.to.vect.area.<br>
Go to the "Modules List" tab in the GRASS Toolbox, and type in the
text line at the bottom of the window: "r.to.vect". You should then
see all three.<br>
