Mars:  Sorry for the confusion.  The third file I sent STR was the one that has the problem.  The ones you sent back were working together and fit with all my raster layers.    I se you were able to change the extents info in these files.   The base raster file is a MrSID file from LandSat in NAD83 / UTM Zone 12<br>
