Since upgrading to 1.7 I've noticed that the file dialog is always a QT

dialog.  Is there a reason this isn't configurable?<br>

I liked the fact that on my primary system (Fedora Linux Gnome desktop)

the old gnome dialog preserved a limited history and also allowed me to

start from my list of "places".<br>
