Hi Giovanni,<br><br>thanks for the quick response. This is exactly what I thought could be the issue. But there are a few things which I don't understand:<br><br>1. The map tiles are provided by a geoservers GWC. When I add the layer to e.g. uDig, the printing process works great. It's nice and fast (about 10 secs for ISO-A0). <br>2. I don't have the input-fields for width and height when I add a layer but I'm using qGIS 1.7.0 Wroclaw<br>3. Is it a general problem that qGIS is requesting a big tile instead of many small tiles when printing?
