Hi all<br>

Our search and rescue group is being offered (possibly) some mapping
from government.<br>
<br>
I am only at the toe dipping in stage of using qgis (or any gis).<br>
<br>
I need to answer the questions in this email. We have google earth
and qgis at our base. (and some garmin mapping software too, I
believe).<br>

Can I asked the assemble wisdom for any pointers please? Many
