    Hello All:<br>

    A colleague brought my attention to what seems to be a bug in 1.7.3

    :<br>

    If I load a single band GRASS raster, it displays in greyscale. I

    then change to peudo-color and the raster disappears. If I try to

    change back to greyscale, or switch to colormap, nothing works. The

    raster does not appear any more.<br>

    I've tested on both Windows (OSGeo4W installer) and Ubuntu 10.04

    from the repos. Same behavior.<br>

    Has anyone else seen this? Perhaps related to GDAL 1.8??  Has a bug

    been filed?<br>
