Hi
One more thing. My custom symbols have also all disappeared and I were not prompted by QGIS to set this path. I vaguely remember setting a path for them but can't remember and would really appreciate a quick nudge in the right direction.

Sure: go to "Settings" --> "Project properties" --> "General tab" --> "Save paths" --> relative
Hi
My external harddrive broke on which I kept my QGIS files. This meant
that in the new location all my data sources are broken, as in they
point to a specific location rather than relative to the main project
file. Is there a way to make paths relative or is this a design
intention?
