If you're using QGIS, it's in the Raster menu.<br>
If you want to use the command line, then either start cmd from the
"OSGeo4W" link, or add the full path to the gdal executables
(something like: "C:\OSGeo4W\bin") to your %PATH environment
variable. <br>
