<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>Hi,<br><br>I'm trying to use the OS GML tools in qgis 1.8.0 with GDAL 1.9 on Ubuntu 12.04 but get the following error when I open the converter dialogue:<br><br><Please ensure that the GDAL_DATA environment variable is set and try again><br><br>I've had a look around the internet and tried to set the variable manually (<export GDAL_DATA=/usr/share/gdal>) but to no effect.<br><br>Does anyone know how to fix this?<br><br>Ta,<br>Michael<br> </div></body>
