a municipality area<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Consolas;color:black">1990 urban areas
<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Consolas;color:black">The first union process (1990 + municipal polygon) was OK.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Consolas;color:black">Then the second union gave me problems.
