As pointed out earlier I have no problem downloading the stand-alones. WebSense only looks at URL's as best I can tell. It doesn't know what the contents of files are. As such, stand-alone builds work fine.</div>

I suppose curl<br>can be used to download stuff without a proxy - and that's why your<br>organization blocks it.
