<div dir="ltr"><div><div>Hi,<br><br></div><span id="result_box" class="" lang="en"><span class="">I  would like to connect to the Romanian INSPIRE Geoportal using QGis. This geoportal use ESRI REST services and I don't find any information concerning the existence of a WMS service. I tried to access to this geoportal using GDAL WMS sample (<a href="http://www.gdal.org/frmt_wms_arcgis_mapserver_tms.xml">http://www.gdal.org/frmt_wms_arcgis_mapserver_tms.xml</a>) and the service specification available on internet (<a href="http://geoportal.ancpi.ro/imggis/rest/services/,">http://geoportal.ancpi.ro/imggis/rest/services/,</a>) but without success. </span></span><span id="cmPlPgpPageBody"><br>
