<br></div>1. Turn this layer editable<br></div>2. Select all the lines<br></div>3. Edit --> Combine selected spatial objects<br></div>4. Save and turn off edition<br></div>5. Use Vectorial --> Geometry tools --> Lines to poligons. Use the combined several_lines_to_polygon layer.<br>

<font face="times new roman, new york, times, serif">It seems I have found a bug as I t</font><span style="background-color:transparent;">ried to create polygons from lines in Qgis 1.8 and 1.9 master and it doesn't work.</span></div>

topology errors and I couldn't find anything. Moreover, It worked in ArcGIS. I have attached the lines shapefile data in a small zip file.</span></div><div style="font-style:normal;font-size:16px;background-color:transparent;font-family:'times new roman','new york',times,serif;">
