The URL is correct; it works fine in ArcMap as noted.</div><div><br></div><div>My QGIS cannot connect to the internet so I can't test with external datasets; QGIS's proxy setup doesn't like our proxy.</div>

I am now opening a bug to change the "Add WMS layer" into "Add<br>
WMS/WMTS layer". This should make things clearer to the users.<br>
