    I'm not a Linux wonk.<br>

    Since you are using two commands on the same line joined by a pipe,
    "|", you might need a second "sudo" after the pipe.<br>
    <br>
    Also, try entering "sudo" and the password first. Then enter your
    commands normally.. <br>
    <br>
    Heck, why don't you just go superuser and enter the commands.? Come
    on, show that computer who is boss!<br>
