<html><body><div style="color:#000; background-color:#fff; font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;font-size:12pt">NIWA in New Zealand (where I work) is funding Sourcepole (Marco) to develop a new QGIS SOS plugin. This is to support not just NIWA's SOS services, but also those from other agencies.<br><br>One of the issues we face is that various SOS server applications implement different "dialects" of SOS, making a single generic client something of a challenge.
