I have installed version 2.2 of QGIS from the
stand-alone installer for Windows 64-bit and it is still
giving the same run-time error that 2.0.1 did on
starting the program. As before, this does not affect
the program but clearly was not addressed:<br>

start up phase where it is restoring loaded plugins.<br>
