I had installed the program (QGIS 2.2) via the standalone setup, and then over the OSGeo4W Installer various added (libraries, Qt4 Creator, etc.). Both the uninstall from c:\Program Files\QGIS Valmiera\Uninstall QGIS.exe with subsequent reinstallation with OSGeo4W Installer, and uninstall all components (Including deleting ...\Users\.qgis) with OSGeo4W and reinstalling only QGIS 2.2 (nothing in addition, with the exception of the required dependencies) lead at the start of QGIS to following error message: <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Entry point not found - qgis-bin.exe <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>The Procedure "? OnCacheImageDelete QgsVektorLayer @ @ @ UEAAXXZ" was not found in DLL "qgis_core.dll". <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>I had the problem on another PC before (WinXP).
