<br>You need to download the file "qgis_portable.zip", unzip the file (for example, C:\Program Files\Qgis_portable, USB or external HD  should be the same thing). <br>At the end of this operation, which can take several minutes, in the folder "qgis_portable", you will find a new folder "QGIS" and a new file "qgis.bat" (MS-DOS Batch File).<br>
