<p dir="ltr">Maybe he should reopen <a href="http://hub.qgis.org/issues/1694">http://hub.qgis.org/issues/1694</a> and upload the symbols under that ticket. That ticket is about 6 years old, but the QGIS community is much larger, and I'm sure there is more interest in the FGDC symbols (<a href="http://ngmdb.usgs.gov/fgdc_gds/geolsymstd.php">http://ngmdb.usgs.gov/fgdc_gds/geolsymstd.php</a>).</p>

thanks for this. Unfortunately we do not yet have a symbol and style<br>
repository in place. I think this would be a great addition to QGIS, but<br>
unfortunately nobody seems to have the resources and interest to do it.<br>
In case anybody needs it, we will be happy of helping.<br>
