There are multiple map services that ESRI is sharing out as a
WMTS/WMS/REST - there are also multiple ones that you can't access
but through ArcGIS. REST ones as a bit more convoluted - but the
WMTS ones mostly (I say mostly because we only get these services
through ESRI's good graces) work without a problem. <br>

<li>Click OK</li>
<li>Click Connect</li>
