Has anyone got the .gpx files that qgis produces to work in apps such as OSMAND?

.gpx files produced by other programs seem to work ok with OSMAND but those from qgis just show up as dots and it is not possible to label the points even though the point labels are present in the .gpx file.

It appears to be a formatting issue with the .gpx files from qgis, I raised it a year or two ago but the problem still seems to be present. It is very annoying when trying to produce maps for people who need to go into the field to specific points, they don't
know which point to aim for as they just see a screen of dots with no indication which is which.
