<p dir="ltr">Hi,<br>
You could easily just take a picture with the phone and take the coordinates from the image tags.  You can then use a plugin like photo2kmz to create a point file of where the images where taken.  </p>
<p dir="ltr">This is a phone so I doubt that the quality of the coordinates will be much worse then with a special apt.  On Android, there are a few apts that can take a point average.  That would be better.  Not sure what is out there for the iPhone...</p>

    Both are very good at what they do - both with well with QGIS. <br />
