QGIS 2.12 and Ubuntu 14.04 <br>

I can convert a data layer into a geopackage. If I connect to that
package through DB Manager I'm unable to drag and drop another layer
into the Geopackage. I get a: <br>

I'm thinking this is expected behavior but I wanted to check.
