<p dir="ltr">Hi,</p>
<p dir="ltr">Delete the .qgis2 folder in your user directory for each user. This is a hidden folder so you will need to unhide hidden folder and file in Windows.</p>
<p dir="ltr"> This will remove all plugins you downloaded. (You can back up the folder some where else if you what. Then restart QGIS and reinstall your plugins. That should work.</p>

<br />In fact, if I upgrade it to 2.12.2 from 2.10.99, a directory called "processing" is created in C:\ Users\ ... \. qgis2\python\ plugins folder and this error comes out:
