Hi,<br>
I try to change the qgis project setting for the wms url the
parameter:<br>
<br>
"Ignore GetMap/GetTitle URI reported in capabilities"<br>
<br>
<br>
But the sniffer report me that the qgis is still doing the
getcapabilities request at start of project.<br>
<br>
If the getcapability reported url is to be ignored , why it is still
calling the getcapabilities at startup ?<br>

getlegendgraphics url couldbe significative different from the
main url for the getcapability request.<br>
But when choose the layer I guess in the project was stored the
three url.<br>
Infact I see in the setting windows for new wms service is
available the option<br>
"Ignore GetMap/GetTitle URI reported in capabilities"<br>

This mean that if I choose this option , it should avoid to read
and parse the getcapabilities url to retrieve the urls and this
also mean (i guess) that the url stored are the direct url for
getmap/getlegendgraphics/getfeatureinfo not for the
getcapabilities.<br>

I check in the qgis project and I'm not able to understand if the
url used is for the getcapabilites or for the getmap request.<br>
Infact our project use the same url for all.<br>

pointing to other servers and sometimes even wrong - hence the ignoreUrl
options).
