Je n'utilise pas actuellement le serveur web Qgis donc je suis d'une<br>
aide très limité. Si je comprends bien, vous devez déposer votre projet<br>
qgis (et probablement tous les fichiers de votre projet) dans un<br>
répertoire (je ne sais pas ou exactement) du serveur apache. Avez-vous<br>
transféré le projet?<br>

I experienced the same error, QGIS 2.8.1 Wien, Win7 (x64).<br>
<br>
The error went away after I installed Windows updates that included system<br>
and security updates (KB3108*, KB3109*).<br>
