<p dir="ltr">Jean-Baptiste has copied his project file to the apache/mapserver/project but he can't see his project. Can anybody help? I don't use the QGIS server yet so I am of limited help but I can translate to french...</p>

Je n'utilise pas actuellement le serveur web Qgis donc je suis d'une<br />
aide très limité. Si je comprends bien, vous devez déposer votre projet<br />
qgis (et probablement tous les fichiers de votre projet) dans un<br />
répertoire (je ne sais pas ou exactement) du serveur apache. Avez-vous<br />
transféré le projet?<br />

I experienced the same error, QGIS 2.8.1 Wien, Win7 (x64).<br />
<br />
The error went away after I installed Windows updates that included system<br />
and security updates (KB3108*, KB3109*).<br />
