<p dir="ltr">Hi,<br>
Can you see QGIS.bat in your QGIS program file directory? Try clicking on that. Could it be an anti virus? Try deactivating it. </p>
<p dir="ltr">With the easy installer, you can use the windows control panel. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Do you have many plugins activated? Try removing them from the .QGIS directory found in your personal user folder. Active hidden file and folder in windows to see it.<br><br></p>
