<font size="2" face="sans-serif">I have 'Show all labels for this layer (including colliding labels)' ticked</font><br>
<font size="2" face="sans-serif">I do not have 'Discourage labels from covering features' ticked.</font><br>
<br>
<font size="2" face="sans-serif">I have a rule for font size that says if a street is shorter than 100m then use a smaller font size. This helped to get a lot of smaller labels on the map, but does not get everything.</font><br>
<br>
<font size="2" face="sans-serif">When I zoom in on my canvas, I can see the labels, but when I zoom back to see the whole map, some of the labels disappear. They don't all appear on the PDF either - but the ones that do not appear aren't always the same as the ones that don't show on my canvas.</font><br>
<br>
<font size="2" face="sans-serif">Can someone suggest something that I can do (aside from telling the client that their request is unrealistic?)</font><br>
