I have managed to get the latest snapshot of lizmap running. <br>
<br>
Regarding the option to print base layers which was available in
2.x, is it still available in 3.x? Is the procedure is the same?<br>

We (3liz) are proud to announce the release of Lizmap Web
Client version 3.0<br>
<br>
This release is a big step for Lizmap. We reviewed the core of
Lizmap Web Client to enhance modularity and improve
performances. <br>
<br>
We updated the map UI and the edition tool with support of
Drag&Drop form building from QGIS vector properties.<br>
<br>
We added WMTS capability to publish QGIS layers cached server
side as WMTS layer, and a command-line seeding tool to
pregenerate the tiles cache. <br>
We enhanced the attribute table tool with selection
capability, filter capability, relations support and export
capabilities.<br>
<br>
We also enhanced the infrastructure to manage Lizmap
translation, with a transifex project. Now Lizmap is fully
localized in: French, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish and German
and 2 new<br>
languages has been added: Polish and Russian.<br>
