Not used it much, but had a look in <b>Layer Properties</b> under
<b>Diagrams</b>, This will allow you to create Pie Charts you are
looking for, in relation to size, you may have to play around with
the settings, but there is a <b>Size</b> tab in diagrams, utilise
<b>Scaled size</b>, pick your corresponding <b>Attribute</b>,
click <b>Find</b> beside <b>Maximum Value</b> and set your <b>Size</b>
<b>Scale</b> factor. Hope that helps!!<br>
