<p>The TRANSPARENT parameter has TRUE value but I don't know how to
force to FALSE.</p>
<p>I watched layer's metadata, here it is : <br>

<div class="moz-signature">Maybe QGIS read that the layer can be
transparent so it adds the parameter.<br>
You should try to configure your server to tell you don't want
this layer to be transparent.<br>
