<div>I have opend an ESRI .gdb database (directory) in an qgis project. The mayor .gdbtable-file has a size of about 3.5 GB and contains about 18.000 objects (polygons). It is rather awkward to work with such a database to say the least since I need only 2 to 3 objects at a time.<br/>
I wonder, is there a way to select certain objects by filtering and convert them selectively to a shape file or to copy them to a new database?</div>
