<p class="MsoNormal">I am getting an error when I try to connect to a WMTS layer:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The WMTS connection shows an error no matter what layer I try to access from our data service.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
