witch is raster layer? I installed Qgis 3.45 to my laptop and vector layers are seen by</font></span><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"> Finnish Transport Network and Google Maps exported kmz-file, but when I add map layer, it does not show map. but everything
else. </span><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">The order of layers are OK- </span><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">When I do the same with my main pc, it does not show any layers.</span></div>

<div dir="ltr">This is 99 % a bad CRS problem or a layer that has the right CRS but is badly georeferenced. Open a background layer with a WMS or from a satellite image from a plugin like OpenLayer. This layer should be in the right place. Then open each
layer and click zoom to layer extent (right click on the layer in the layer panel). You will find the layer that is not correctly georeferenced or that has an incorrect CRS. </div>

<div dir="ltr">Phil is correct when saying that in 3x, on the fly default. You may want to select « ask what to do » if a CRS is not specified in the layer. Your choice my be « use the project or use the default CRS ». That may throw things off.</div>

<div>Check the CRS and set it to the raster data and see how you go. I think V3 does on the fly projections all the time. In 2.18 you need to set that under settings, options, CRS.<br>
