I'm working on a projekt, where I use qgis server to store several maps and make them accessable for my coworkers via WMS.<br>

The program, which requests the map, only works with WGS84.<br>

Therefore the requests sent to the server are also asking for WGS84.<br>

The problem is, there is a mismatch in the illustrations of WGS84(EPSG 4326) of QGIS and the program my coworkers are using.<br>

Both are using WGS84 (EPSG 4326) but they illustrate it differently.<br>

In qgis the illustration looks a little bit distorted. Unfortunatly I can't attach a picture because of the maximum size of the Mail.<br>

The illustration of WGS84 in the program, looks like a "normal" Map without any distortion.<br>

Qgis server renders the image in the "distorted" version of WGS84 and sends it to the program. The picture shows up at the right position, but because of the distortion, the houses and streets don't match exactly with the layer below.<br>

Are there any settings for the server where I can change the output, to an other KBS? For example the Pseudo Mecator version of WGS84 in qgis looks very similar to the illustration in the program.<br>

Or is there different solution?<br>

PS.: The program my coworkers are using is quite static. There are almost no options you can change and the request sent to qgis server will always be in WGS84.<br>
