<p>Hi list,</p>
<p>I'm on QGIS 3.4.12 on Ubuntu desktop, today on opening the list
plugins window manager, I obtain the seguent error:</p>
<p>pyplugin_installer.instance().showPluginManagerWhenReady()</p>
<p>traceback.print_exception() failed</p>
<p>Any idea about it?</p>
