Quick question from me. I have this morning downloaded the latest version of QGIS, as I am going to start doing my first course on gis. I am trying to change the language setting to Spanish and happens the following: it clearly says Enabling/changing override

 on locale requires an application restart. The issue is that It doesn't give ant option to run the application, nor is telling me which application.<br>
