<b>gdal_edit</b> ( </span><a href="https://gdal.org/programs/gdal_edit.html">https://gdal.org/programs/gdal_edit.html</a><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US"> ) and assign the CRS EPSG:3116
to the raster and try again?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">You can perform this within QGIS using the Processing tools just search for
<b>“edit” </b>and select <b>Assign Projection </b>just select the valid CRS from the list and run it.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

I could not load a layer in tiff format. The error that qgis shows is:<br>

No coordinate operations are available between these two reference systems ".<br>

The file has a reference system, which is magna-sirgas from Bogota (3116), I have tried the magna-sirgas (3116) project, and wgs84 (4326) showing the same error.<br>
The version of qgis is 3.10.2-A Coruña.<br>
