Qgis allows defining a custom CRS. How bad of an idea would it be
to define a CRS with central meridian halfway between UTM35 and 36?
Kind of UTM35.5?<br>

the zones. This is useful particularly in the case where you
want to line up adjacent line or polygon features (like water
courses or land cover) prior to merging them.</div>

everything in a non UTM projection. But UTM is appropriate for
