    Those instructions are what brought up this issue.<br>
    Apparently <br>
    sudo add-apt-repository "deb <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://qgis.org/debian">https://qgis.org/debian</a> `lsb_release -c
    -s` main"<br>
    is good for Ubuntu, but not Linux Mint.  For LM use this instead:<br>
    sudo add-apt-repository "deb <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://qgis.org/debian">https://qgis.org/debian</a> bionic main"<br>

    Right now I am using QGIS quite a bit and I can't do with out.<br>
    When I get a break I will try to get the QGGIS version 3.16 <br>
    on the LM Software Manager to install.  If that doesn't work I <br>
    will follow the QuickStart procedure modified to bionic.<br>

    I have used those QuickStart procedures successfully in the past.<br>
