<div dir="ltr">I have attached a qgis file that I am trying to
edit down. I only want a custom map of the US. I have clipped
the vectors that don't contain the US but anything that has the
part of the US I can not delete/cut out. The end goal is to have
a map of the US with custom districts. I have tried all "Select
by features, by polygon, by freehand" and not had any luck. Any
advice would be greatly appreciated. </div>
