environment paths"<br>

size="+1">qgis_app.dll isn't mentioned, but</font></font>
there is a line that says<br>

"PATH=C:\PROGRA~1\QGIS 3.10\apps\qgis-ltr\bin; . . .[more
paths] "<br>

size="+1"><font size="+1">qgis_app.dll is in
C:\ProgramFiles\QGIS 3.10\apps\qgis-ltr\bin<br>

</font></font>Does this mean the "missing" dll is where it
