<p>Hi,<br>
</p>
<p>Problem could be related to this post:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://issues.qgis.org/issues/21161">https://issues.qgis.org/issues/21161</a></p>
<p>It has no solution then to downgrade the python-scipy library
from 0.19.0-1 to 0.14.0-1. The post ends with the bottom line
that Qgis 2.18 in no longer supported... <br>
</p>
<p>This post may have more info.</p>
<p><a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37267399/importerror-cannot-import-name-numpy-mkl">https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37267399/importerror-cannot-import-name-numpy-mkl</a></p>
<p>"This problem can be easy solved by installation for numpy+mkl from
whl file from <a

(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#numpy">https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#numpy</a>)</p>
<p>To install a whl, I would look at this.</p>
<p><a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://pip.pypa.io/en/latest/user_guide/#installing-from-wheels">https://pip.pypa.io/en/latest/user_guide/#installing-from-wheels</a><br>
</p>
<p>The python 2.7 distribution should be somewhere in the directory
with QGIS.<br>
</p>
<p>I think the best would be to install a new supported version of
QGIS and then find a plugin that does what you need. (perhaps
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/clusterpoints/">https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/clusterpoints/</a> ???) Your work
should upgrade to <br>
Version 3.10.12 LTR</p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(36, 39, 41); font-family: Arial,
"Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:
15px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal;
font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing:
normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px;
text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2;
word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;
background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness:
initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color:
initial; display: inline !important; float: none;"></span></p>
<p>Good luck</p>
<p>Anybody else got an idea?<br>
</p>
