Look for x an y columns for point or a geometry column or a WKT format. If so, you could recreate the geometry from that information. <p>The .shp file contains the geometries. If your data contains no geometries, then you might be fine with the .dbf file that contains the no-geometry part of your data (attribute columns). No - it is not possible to recreate the .shp file if it is missing.</p>
