The QGIS function in the layout is working fine but when I try to automate the process, There's only a pdf with the last page. what do you mean with overwriting themselves. The Atlas needs a
value for the filename, which is derived from an entry of the
reference geometry?<br>

themselves. Ik only get the last page of each atlas. </div>

explorer that a file is made and then reset to 0, only the
