can advocate for limiting freedoms.</div>

upcoming versions of QGIS for cities where people
are oppressed by invaders or their own governments
or by engaging in public expressions of support as
Andreas Neumann suggested... here is another idea:
what about individually contributing some funds
"in the name of QGIS and freedom" to worthy
organizations that will actually help the people
of Ukraine? For example <a
