      Previously I was using 3.16.16 Hannover on a Win 7 machine<br>

      I am now using 3.28.4-Firenze on another machine using Win 11.<br>

      The layout in Hannover are fine.<br>

      In Firenze the problems are:<br>

    </font><font face="Georgia">The view of the map is dim or obscured

      as it was behind a semi transparent skin.</font><br>

    <font face="Georgia"><font face="Georgia">When I export the layout

        as an image only a portion of the map is saved.<br>
