[QGIS-ZA-user] FOSS GIS at AfricaGIS 2019

Hi all

If you are attending AfricaGIS 2019 [1] in Kigali in November I encourage
you to coordinate around presenting on and promoting QGIS and OSGeo / FOSS
GIS in general and ensuring it has a strong presence.

Since EIS Africa, the organisers, (a nominally independent NGO) are now
hosted / funded by ESRI SA the conference is at risk of being dominated by
ESRI.
